VAT Rates Have Been Changed!
VAT rates have been changed!
The decision regarding the increase in the Value Added Tax (VAT) rates collected from all products in Türkiye was announced by the Presidency by publishing it in the Official Gazette. The VAT rate applied as 18% was increased to 20%, and the VAT rate applied as 8% was increased to 10%. With this change, the applied VAT rates were changed.
New VAT rates will come into force as of July 10, 2023.
The decision taken by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will be implemented in accordance with Article 28 of the Value Added Tax Law No. 3605. The new VAT rates will come into force as of July 10, 2023.
The necessary update will be made until July 10, 2023 in order to comply with the changes made to VAT rates in Türkiye.
